More P & R | Jessica Arden Photography

I am really looking forward to photographing this couple's wedding this summer. Pascal and Rachana were naturals:) We were afraid of getting rained out, but the blue sky prevailed!
Love this one...so GQ, Pascal.
Simply stunning.
Photo shoots are so much fun!
And I will end with one of my favorites:

Wilmara & Alex Engagement Annoucement

I love the story of how Alex proposed to Wilmara. He brought the scrapbook to our engagement session last summer and it is just as cool as you would imagine. It is a beautiful vibrant pink, Wilmara's favorite color and also the color of her gorgeous engagement ring, and probably weighs 20 pounds. He had to compile it in secret and hide it in the back of a closet so that Wilmara wouldn't find it. He managed to keep this up for 3 months before he proposed! How freakin' sweet! I can't wait to photograph their wedding this summer!

I had a great time at my photo shoot with Lawrence and his 2 beautiful girls...I always love it when it is the husband to be that contacts me for photos:) We met at the National Gallery of Art, where they had their first date. Thank you guys for such a great time and congrats to you two lovebirds!

Wilmara and Alex's Engagement Session!

This past Sunday morning I had the pleasure of photography Wilmara and Alex's engagement session! When you first meet then you can tell how much they love each other! Alex is a total clown and Wilmara loves his sense if humor. The story of how Alex proposed to Wilimara is so sweet:) He spent months compiling the coolest (and heaviest) scrapbook I have ever seen! He filled it with photos of vacations they took together, ticket stubs, family gatherings and much more. He surprised Wilmara with the completed scrapbook and asked her for her hand in marriage. He had spent months working on it at all hours of the night, hiding it in a secret place it the top of their closet. When Wilmara got to the last page of the book, there was the ring (pink, of course!) waiting for her:) So sweet!!!
And by the way...she said yes!
