Looking out my window right now, there is more than a foot of snow! It started snowing late last night and it just hasn't stopped. I have Murphy, Andrew and a Duke game on TV so I really couldn't ask for more:) I also had time to made some of my favorite Christmas cookies!
Mexican Wedding Cakes
2 sticks softened butter
2 cups flour
4 tbsp sugar
1 cup ground pecans
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 325
Mix butter, flour and sugar well
add vanilla and pecans
roll into small balls and bake for 18-20 min
Roll in powdered sugar when almost cool
Enjoy!
